KUWAIT CITY, Apr 24: The security men arrested two Indian expats who violated the partial curfew without justification in ​​the capital governorate. They were spotted walking in the street shortly before the sunset.


The capital’s security men, while on a routine patrol during the evening spotted two people walking on the street stopped them to verify their identity it was known that they were of Indian nationality and did not have a permit to roam, and said that they went out for walking only.
