2 Expats caught with 98 locally brewed bottles

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 21: Two expats were arrested by security officers from the Ministry of Interior for violation of residency law, they had absconding cases and one of them had a travel ban. 98 bottles of locally distilled alcohol were found in their possession in the Mahboula area. They were referred to the competent authorities to take necessary action against them.
