KUWAIT CITY, March 11: The security authorities have arrested 19 people of different nationalities. They were caught gambling in Khaitan, reports Al- Rai daily. The Directorate General of Public Relations and Security Media Department of the Interior Ministry stated based the arrest came after someone posted a clip in the social media showing a group of expatriates gambling.
The ministry said the Investigation Department of the General Administration of Residence Affairs after carrying out necessary investigations, the site was monitored in Khaitan area and verifying the information got a warrant issued by the Public Prosecution and raided the apartment and caught redhanded 19 people of different nationalities. The CID men confiscated gambling tools and money and referred the suspect to the concerned authority
