KUWAIT CITY, April 6 According to statistics issued by the Ministry of Justice, 14,274 people were banned from travel in just one month (January 2017), reports Annahar daily. During the same month 11,553 search and arrest warrants were issued by the Ministry of Interior, reports the daily.Sheep mauled: Several owners of farms in Salmi complain of losing sheep in the area possibly eaten by wild dogs or wolves, reports Al-Anba daily. The daily added, several of them now make use of the sniffer dogs to ward off wild animals, especially after dark. However, no complaints have been filed at police stations.
