129 Camps in Jahra and Al-Ahmadi removed

KUWAIT CITY, March 29: The Kuwait Municipality announced on Wednesday that the Public Cleanliness and Road Works Department carried out campaigns in the Jahra and Al-Ahmadi governorates, using various methods, resulting in the removal of 129 camps in the northern and southern regions.

The municipality stated in a press release that the Spring Camps Committee is continuing its field campaigns in the Jahra and Al-Ahmadi governorates to remove the camps, coinciding with the end of the camping season on March 15. It urged everyone to remove their camps before municipal authorities remove them, and advised camp owners to obtain insurance to avoid penalties
