120 fined for misplaced parking

KUWAIT CITY, May 23: Kuwait Municipality announced the completion of its fifth inspection campaign conducted by supervisory teams from the Public Hygiene and Road Occupancy Departments in six governorates, reports Al-Seyassah daily. The supervisory team of the Public Hygiene and Road Occupancy Department in Jahra Municipality carried out a field campaign to detect violations related to the unauthorized use of public spaces and to take legal action against violators.

The campaign resulted in the issuance of 120 citations for road occupancy violations, specifically for the unauthorized use of spaces in front of shops in the Jahra Industrial Area. Kuwait Municipality emphasized the continuation of field inspections conducted by supervisory teams in all governorates, reaffirming its commitment to strictly enforcing legal measures against violators.
