KUWAIT CITY, Sept 16: Kuwait Customs inspectors at Terminal 4 of Kuwait International Airport have foiled an attempt to smuggle 9.6 kilograms of the drug known as “meth” into the country. The General Administration of Customs said inspectors uncovered the drugs during a detailed inspection of a passenger arriving from London. The seizure included 1,197 A4-sized sheets soaked with the chemical drug, with a total weight of approximately 9.6 kilograms. A seizure report was prepared and the passenger, along with the confiscated items, was referred to the General Department for Narcotics Control and Alcohol Control for further legal action.
