KUWAIT CITY, Apr 16: Ministry of Health on Thursday reported 119 new coronavirus (COVID-19) infections in the last 24 hours, bringing the total of infections to 1,524, while deaths still stand at three.
During its daily briefing, Health Ministry spokesperson Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad said that 32 patients were in intensive care, 16 of them are in critical condition.
Those currently receiving treatment at hospitals reached 1,296 patients said the spokesperson, adding that 75 individuals have completed quarantine in the last 24 hours.
Earlier today, Health Minister Dr. Basel Al-Sabah announced the recovery of 19 patients, bringing the total to 225 recoveries
