KUWAIT CITY, Nov 23: In a step aimed at eradicating all immoral acts, the tripartite committee Monday arrested 11 Asian male cross-dressers from a massage parlor in Salmiya. According to informed sources, Kuwait received a list from an Asian country about some among them who had obtained entry visas into the country and the companies that brought them in.

There is coordination between the embassies of some countries and Kuwait regarding impersonators of women. Using this list, the tripartite committee began inspecting all the sites of the companies that recruited them. Some of them were arrested and referred for deportation. Others in the list are being pursued due to their practice of immoral acts.

In the same context, Head of the committee’s team Muhammad Al-Dhafiri said, “The inspection campaign is part of a series of campaigns the committee is carrying out based on instructions of the Minister of Interior and under the direct supervision of the Director-General of the Public Authority for Manpower Dr. Mubarak Al-Azmi. During the recent period and with the cooperation of the investigation team, the committee was able to arrest dozens of violating workers in massage parlors, after discovering that some of them did not have the necessary health licenses, and others were not under the company’s sponsorship.”

Meanwhile, Head of the Hawally Municipality emergency team Ibrahim Al- Saba’an affirmed the discovery of violating companies that employ workers who do not have health cards, and the presence of violating materials used, expired licenses, and other licenses for salons and women’s clubs that are not suitable for such activities.
