Arrested expats referred to deportation center

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 15: The Director of Security for Farwaniya Governorate, Brigadier General Mohammed Al-Ghasab, referred 11 violators to the Administrative Deportation Department following a surprise security campaign in the Khaitan area. The operation was conducted under the supervision of the police station chief, Lieutenant Colonel Bandar Al-Mutairi.

A security source reported that those arrested included expatriates with outstanding arrest warrants for absconding from their employers, as well as an individual apprehended while working as a deliveryman disguised in a painter’s clothing.

The source confirmed that Brigadier General Al-Ghasab, alongside his assistant Brigadier General Yahya Dashti, has issued instructions to maintain a strong security presence in expatriate residential areas and to carry out surprise campaigns to identify and apprehend violators.
