10 Expats Face Deportation as MoI Cracks Down on Violence

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 29: The Ministry of Interior has ordered the deportation of 10 expatriates who were seen fighting inside a commercial market using sharp tools instilling fear in the hearts of onlookers, reports Al-Rai daily. The daily added, as soon as the clip of the fight went viral, the men were arrested by the police and referred to the concerned authority.

In the meantime, it has been learned that the higher authority has ordered the deportation saying Ministry of Interior instruction are crystal clear not to tolerate any breach of security and public order. The sources added the Ministry of Interior is firm in applying the law and taking deterrent measures against the 10 men and this comes within this framework to deport expatriates who do not abide by and respect the laws of the country.
