KUWAIT CITY, March 9: For the second day in a row, a suffocating congestion, traffic jam and flared tempers culminated in some motorists resorting to acrobatics, especially those driving four-wheels who climbed the footpaths and midsection of the roads to beat the congestion, a scene that prevailed in all major roads of Kuwait, reports Al-Seyassah daily.
