KUWAIT CITY, Dec 14: No financial or administrative violation committed by senior officials in the ministry deserve investigation, says Undersecretary at the Ministry of Education Dr Haitham Al-Athari, reports Al-Rai daily.

He added the decision of Civil Service Commission (CSC) to refer senior ministry officials to the Public Prosecution does not affect any of the assistant undersecretaries or directors of educational zones. Meanwhile, head of CSC Ahmed Al- Jassar affirmed that measures taken to refer senior ministry officials to CSC as a disciplinary body for investigation was approved by the relevant official authority.

He added the minister might refer violators for disciplinary measures or directly to CSC if the minister feels the punishment is not stern enough.
