KUWAIT CITY, July 21: A Kuwaiti student in the United States of America was arrested for possessing a mobile phone which contained numerous videos of DAESH organization, reports Annahar daily. In response to this arrest, Kuwait’s Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs Khalid Al-Jarallah insisted in a press release that only one Kuwaiti student was referred for questioning, not a group. He denied that the arrested student has any link with the DAESH organization, indicating that the student may have downloaded the videos from the Internet like many youths in various states do, just for viewing purposes.
Black magic seen:
A Kuwaiti woman lodged a complaint at Jahra Police Station against her co-wife, accusing her of performing black magic on their husband, reports Al-Shahed daily. She brought with her a talisman and a hair strand of her husband wrapped in a piece of cloth, reporting that she found them while cleaning the house. She indicated that the behavior of her husband towards her and their children has lately been changing. A case was registered.
