Two cross-dressers held

KUWAIT CITY, May 3: Police have arrested two cross-dressers, a Kuwaiti, and a Jordanian, and referred them to the authorities, reports Al- Rai daily. The suspects were arrested after the person behind the wheel was ordered to pull over for driving a vehicle with tinted glass in violation of a traffic law. Police discovered the two persons were wearing full make-up and had done plastic surgery to enlarge their lips. During interrogation the suspects said they were returning from a fun party.
