Tobacco for e-shisha seized

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 1: Customs officers at the Al-Nuwaiseeb border post foiled the attempt of a GCC citizen to smuggle a large quantities of 642 flavors of tobacco for e-shisha hidden in the trunk of his car, reports Al-Anba daily.

The daily added, the smugglers now use new tobacco products and its derivatives in the wake of strict control on smuggling cartons of cigarette. The smugglers believe it is becoming increasingly difficult to smuggle cartons of cigarettes which in most cases are seized and sold at auction by the customs authorities.However, the ‘smuggler’ and the contraband have been referred to the authorities.
