Third appeal hearing postponed till Jan 13

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 28: The Criminal Section in the Court of Appeals postponed until Jan 13 the hearing on the third appeal of the person accused of murdering a citizen – Farah Akbar, reports Al-Seyassah daily. The accused had earlier been sentenced to death by hanging.

The hearing was postponed for the legal team of the victim’s heirs to have enough time to upload the recordings of the criminal investigation cameras on the killing incident. In the recent session, the legal team of the heirs of the victim, represented by Attorney Abdul Mohsen Al-Qattan, insisted on uploading the recordings of the criminal investigation cameras on the incident and to include the criminal charges filed against the defendant.
