KUWAIT CITY, Dec 21: The Ministry of Interior destroyed 16,674 bottles of alcohol confiscated by various security departments after the final ruling of cases was issued involving the owners.
The General Administration of Relations and Security Media at the Ministry of Interior stated that the procedure came in implementation of Ministerial Resolution No. 15 of 2016 regarding the destruction of seized alcohol. With coordination of the criminal security sector represented by the General Administration for Drug Control and the Traffic and Operations Sector represented by the The General Administration of Police, the General Administration of Relations and Security Media and the Kuwait Municipality seized liquor bottles were destroyed using a bulldozer.
