KUWAIT CITY, Jan 28: Various parts of the country are witnessing the increasing phenomenon of stray dogs on the streets. Kuwaiti citizens and expatriates especially children have expressed fear over the presence of such dogs, especially with cases of dog attacks in the past such as the case of a child who was attacked by some dogs in Ishbiliya area and referred to Farwaniya Hospital for treatment.
