Social Media celebrity’s yacht seized with 693 liquor bottles

KUWAIT CITY, May 6: The Customs department seized the yacht of a famous social media celebrity as it contained various types of alcohol bottles. The yacht had come from one of the Gulf countries and after inspecting it 693 liquor bottles of various brands were found. Inside the yacht was carrying a Kuwaiti citizen and a Filipino expat. The Director-General of the General Administration of Customs, Suleiman Al-Fahd, praised the vigilance of customs employees and all the parties that participated in foiling smuggling attempts. The Customs department completed inventory of items and persons were referred to competent authorities to take legal action.
