KUWAIT CITY April 18:  An unidentified bedoun who was caught by police on the Coastal Road in Mangaf for possessing chemicals and sex stimulants, has been referred to the General Department for Drugs and Alcohol Control, reports Al-Shahed daily.According to the security sources the man was arrested on suspicion because he looked nervous when he was waiting at a traffic light. The police then checked him and found on him the contraband.
