Road rage bill crafted – 5 yrs imprisonment and KD 1,000 fine

KUWAIT CITY, June 1: MP Hesham Al- Saleh has submitted a bill on amending Article 171 of Penal Code No. 16 /1960 stating that whoever threatens and annoys others or causes damages to the vehicles of others or the road and whoever forces another motorist to stop and endangers the life of the latter will be imprisoned for five years and fined KD 1,000 maximum or any of these two penalties.
