Renew family visit visas for all expats: Al-Jarrah

KUWAIT CITY, July 6: The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Khalid Al-Jarrah has issued instructions to directors of Residence Affairs Departments in all governorates to renew family visit visas of all expatriates, reports Al-Anba daily.

Those benefiting from the decision are those who have overstayed their visit visas provided they pay the fines for the duration of overstay.

Meanwhile, the Al-Rai daily said 2,700 Syrians have renewed their visas and KD 70,000 has been collected in the form of fines from violators
