KUWAIT CITY, July 15: The Ministry of Electricity and Water has affirmed that there is no defect in the system for receiving complaints, reports and transactions, and other services on the ministry’s website, reports Al-Shahed daily.
The ministry indicated that the service was temporarily suspended to develop the services and make some changes in order to enhance the efficiency of the website. It stressed that the new system, which was launched few days ago, requires some amendments to facilitate and improve the services for the consumers.
