KUWAIT CITY, July 17: A 57 year old Pakistani expat was stopped by an unknown person driving a white SUV near Jahra Association branch, block 2. The perpetrator was impersonating a detective and asked him for his wallet for inspection, the wallet contained KD 150. Fake detective fled from the scene to an unknown destination. Jahra detectives have begun working to arrest the perpetrator.
