KUWAIT CITY, Dec 22: The Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) announced the launch of new services through the unified government application (Sahel App) for electronic services. The new online services through ‘Sahel’ Application include replacement for a lost Civil ID as well as activating the feature of adding a photo to the Civil ID of minors who have completed 5 years.
