PAAAFR workers in funds scandal

KUWAIT CITY, July 8: Kuwait Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) has referred an official at the Public Authority for Agriculture Affairs and Fish Resources (PAAAFR) and other individuals to the Public Prosecution for misappropriating public money by forging official documents, reports Al-Jarida daily. These crimes are punishable by law as per articles 10 and 14 of law number 1/1993; articles 257, 259 and 260 of the amended Penal Code number 16 /1960 and Article 22 of law number 2/2016 on the establishment of the authority.
