MOI issues a decision to form a working group to eliminate the phenomenon of visa trading

KUWAIT CITY, Apr 23: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anas Al-Saleh issued a ministerial decision according to which a working group was formed under his chairmanship and with membership of:

Mr. Ahmed Mohamed Al-Mousa, General Manager of the Public Authority for Manpower

2- Major General / Khaled Abdullah Al-Deen
, Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Criminal Security Affairs

3- Major General Human Rights Doctor / Fahd Ibrahim Al-Dosari,Director General of the General Department of Investigations

4- Major General / Talal Ibrahim Marafi, Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Residence Affairs

5- Mr. Zakaria Abdullah Al-Ansari, Assistant Undersecretary for Legal Affairs, Ministry of Justice

6- Counselor / Ali Abdullah Manawir,Fatwa and Legislation Department

His Excellency discussed with the working group during its first meeting the speed of starting to find a full-fledged working mechanism to implement what is included in the decision to eliminate the phenomenon of residency trade in the country.

According to the mandate specified in the ministerial decision, the team is concerned with providing the necessary data and information and providing assistance and support to take all legal measures to ensure those responsible for the entry of fake workers into the country.

The ministerial decision also included assigning the work team to review and develop previous studies and solutions in order to determine the appropriate mechanism for the final elimination of the phenomenon of residence dealers and take precautionary and preventive measures and measures to dry out all sources of recruitment for marginal employment in the future in accordance with the regulations and laws regulating this matter.
