KUWAIT, Nov 15 (KUNA) -- Moderate to heavy rains are forecast later on Thursday over northern and western regions of Kuwait, said Dherar Al-Ali, the head of the Meteorological Department of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) in a statement to KUNA.The forecaster reported southeasterly winds exceeding 60 km/h, leading to sea waves higher than six feet.He renewed the appeal to citizens and residents to seek information from official sources and authorities.
