Maghreb road and 4th Ring Road to stay closed till clogged rain water is drained out

KUWAIT CITY, March 27: The Ministry of the Interior stated that Al-Maghrib Road along with the Fourth Ring Road in both directions will stay closed until the clogged water is completely drained out
