Kuwait’s Qabazard claims gold

KUWAIT CITY, May 26: Kuwait’s National Tennis Team attained Gold for this year’s GCC Games following Essa Qabazard’s final victory against Saudi Arabia’s Amar Al-Hogbani. Ranked Kuwait’s number one player, Qabazard defeated Al- Hogbani in straight sets 6-3, 6-1. Third place medal went to Saud Al-Haqbani giving the Saudi team another bronze,after beating Qatari Rashed Nawaf 6-4 , 6-1. (KUNA)
