Kuwait’s Al-Tomooh SC grabs seven medals in Oman Int. Athletics Forum

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 24: The Kuwaiti Al-Tomooh Sports Club for intellectual disabilities won seven medals at the International Athletics Forum held in Oman and organized by the Omani Paralympic Committee.
In a statements to KUNA on Saturday, Club Chairperson and head of the delegation to the Forum Rehab Borisli congratulated the winners for such an achievement, saying it paves the way for a new phase of achievements for the participants and club members.

While also assuring that the result of the Forum encourages confidence for more progress in the future in order to further develop the participants capabilities. Contender Haneen Al-Messbah obtained gold in the T20 100m category, while Mariam Al-Hindi got silver in the 100m in the same category, meanwhile Abdullah Salmeen won one gold and one silver in the same category for 200m and 100m.

Adding, Fouzan Al-Jassar grabbed silver in the 200m and bronze in the 100m in the T20 category, and one bronze in 200m by Hassan Sameer in addition to a new record in the 100m in the T36 category. (KUNA)
