Kuwait team ‘win’ Bangkok Int’l Ice Hockey competition

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 5: Head of the Kuwaiti delegation to Bangkok International Ice Hockey Competition Fhaid Al-Ajmi said that the victory of the Kuwait National Men’s Team, which won first place, is a very important achievement for Kuwait Winter Games Club.

Al-Ajmi, who also serves as chairperson of the club, praised the support provided by the Public Authority for Sport, acting Minister of Commerce and Industry and State Minister for Youth Affairs Khalid Al-Rawdan and acting Director of the Public Authority for Sport Dr Homoud Flaitah who called the players and congratulated them.

He also thanked treasurer of the club Fahd Al-Ghanem for personally congratulating the players. The delegation will return to Kuwait on Monday and they will be coming home with the gold rewards.
