KUWAIT CITY, OCT 4: The Customs department along with the General Administration of Narcotics Control foiled an attempt to smuggle 23,000 bottles of liquor of various alcohol brands which is estimated at one and half million Kuwaiti dinars at Shuwaikh port. Two containers containing liquor were coming in from an Asian country which was well hidden, after careful inspection 23,000 liquor bottles were. Accused have been arrested.
