‘Kidnap attempted’; Screams save girl

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 27: An Asian woman lodged a complaint at Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh Police Station against an unknown individual, accusing him of attempting to kidnap her, says Al- Seyassah. She informed securitymen that she was walking in the area when a car with three men stopped next to her and the driver asked her if she needed a free ride. When she refused to respond, two men jumped out of the car and tried to pull her into it. She started shouting for help from passersby due to which they fled from the location. She provided securitymen with the descriptions of the suspects. Investigations have been launched to find and arrest them.

Meanwhile, a Kuwaiti woman lodged a complaint at Qurain Police Station against her housemaid, informing securitymen that she went to her room and discovered that she had escaped, taking her belongings with her. Securitymen took necessary action.

Screams save girl: Police are looking for an unidentified person for attempting to kidnap his Kuwaiti girlfriend, reports Al-Rai daily. A security source said according to a complaint filed by the victim, her boyfriend asked her to meet him in a public place and after she reached the spot, he attempted to force her into the car. When the girl screamed for help the boyfriend escaped in his car.
