KUWAIT CITY, May 14: Medical Emergency Men suspected foul play when the parents of an Indian child requested ambulance for their sick child and found the child dead inside the family’s apartment in Abu Halifa area with traces of blood on his clothes. The parents were taken to the area police station for investigation, and a murder case was registered.
