Fire engulfs 6 vehicles in garage

KUWAIT CITY, May 7: Staff Fire engulfed six vehicles at a garage in Shuwaikh without causing injuries or casualties. Firemen rushed to the location after the Operations Unit in the Interior Ministry received information on the fire incident. They extinguished the fire in record time. The fire is said to have caused material losses while investigations are underway to determine the actual cause.

Motorcyclist dies in crash: The remains of an unidentified Kuwaiti, who died when his motorcycle skidded off the road, have been referred to Forensics, reports Al-Anba daily. The mishap occurred on the King Fahd Road. The daily did not give more details.

Husband steals car: A woman, whose identity has not been disclosed, has filed a complaint with the police accusing her husband of stealing her car which was parked in front of her house, reports Al-Anba daily. When the woman did not find her car, she reportedly informed her husband and the latter who has the duplicate key, said it was he who had taken the car because he had paid for it. A case of theft has been filed at a police station.
