KUWAIT CITY, Nov 15: No fines will be imposed on Kuwaiti citizens whose housemaids’ residencies expired or on expatriates whose residencies or the residencies of their family members expired on Wednesday and Thursday, as these two days were declared as emergency official holidays, reports Al-Qabas daily quoting security sources.
