KUWAIT CITY, Oct 30: A case has been registered against a Kuwaiti citizen for insulting a doctor on duty. According to sources the doctor who works at Al Adan clinic reported the matter to the police station that she was insulted by a visitor while she was working, she gave his description and a case was registered for insulting a public employee on duty. The Kuwaiti citizen has been summoned for interrogation and necessary legal measures will be taken against him.
