KUWAIT CITY, Mar 26: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anas Al-Saleh issued a decree whereby he exempted every residence violator from paying the fines, provided he left the country between April 1 and 30.

The decision set a number of controls for foreigners who wish to leave the country during the month of April.

The decision stated that the foreigner may leave the country and return to it again unless it is prohibited for another reason.

The decision allowed violators who had administrative or judicial obstacles to leaving the country to review the General Administration of Residence Affairs to discuss their cases in accordance with the provisions and legal rules.

The decision stressed that whoever does not leave within the deadline granted by the violators will be subject to the prescribed penalties and will not be authorized to reside and be removed from the country.
