Drunk expat arrested for reckless driving

KUWAIT CITY, May 14 A drunk expatriate driving a half lorry crashed into several vehicles and jumped into a wrong lane endangering the lives of others. He was arrested and referred to the Abu Halifa police station. Several cases were registered against him.
