‘Don’t rehire sacked staff’

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 22: The Minister of State for Communications and Information Technology and Minister of State for Municipal Affairs Dr. Rana Al-Faris issued a ministerial circular prohibiting the reappointment of employees whose services have been terminated in its affiliated entities in contractor contracts or consulting offices in all concluded projects, in order to complete the Kuwaitization plan, reports Al-Jarida daily.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Health has extended the exemption for Bedouns, whose security cards have expired more than a month ago, from the health service fees until the end of December; provided they renew their security cards at the Central System for Rectifying the Status of Illegal Residents (CSRSIR) within this period, reports Al-Anba daily.
