KUWAIT CITY, Oct 1: The General Department of Citizenship and Passports at the Ministry of Interior will block the transactions of anyone who refuses to undergo DNA test once the law in this regard takes effect next year, reports Al-Rai daily quoting sources.
Sources said the DNA test aims to uncover those who obtained citizenship through forged documents, as well as identifying people with dual nationalities.
