KUWAIT CITY, Aug 21: The air cargo customs officers seized 5 kilograms of the ‘Larica’ powder, coming from China, which was hidden among personal belongings, reports Al-Rai daily. A customs source told the daily the customs officers also seized 1.5 kilograms psychotropic substance paste which came in a parcel from the Netherlands.
The source added, “The seizures have been referred to the competent authorities and the security authorities are looking for the persons to whom the contraband was addressed’’.
