KUWAIT CITY, June 18: The Jahra Public Prosecution has remanded to police custody an unidentified 40-year-old Egyptian for allegedly attempting to rape a Filipina, reports Al-Anba daily. The Filipina in her complaint to the police said the suspect is sharing a room in the same apartment and to her surprise he barged into her room and tried to have sex with her. She added, when she tried to chase him out of the room, he assaulted her.
