KUWAIT CITY, Nov 5: The Criminal Circuit of the First Instance Court acquitted three suspects of stealing two vehicles and welding machines from a company store in Sebiya area.

Legal representative of the c o m p a n y said they noticed a breach at the front gate of the company and found a Mitsubishi and Tata truck missing alongside a light pole and welding machines.

He added the Criminal Investigation Department arrested the suspects after identifying the stolen items in their possession in a livestock pen, indicating the first suspect had led the theft operation in which the second and third suspects were participants.

Attorney Yusuf Al-Tamimi from the office of Lawyer Khawla Al-Hassawi defended the accused and requested the court to acquit them of all charges based on lack of enough proofs to support the allegation.
