KUWAIT CITY, Oct 4: The Ministry of Commerce and Industry shut a cosmetics store in Salmiya for commercial fraud. The violation was extending expiry date by placing stickers and seals and country of origin to deceive customers. He was arrested for legal procedures along with the cosmetic goods.
