KUWAIT CITY, Sept 8: Personnel from the General Administration Coast Guard arrested a woman who tried to smuggle narcotics into the country by sea, reports Al-Rai daily. Without giving more details about the incident, the daily did not say if there were other accomplices except to say she was monitored via the radar system entering Kuwait’s territorial waters.
