Citizens and expats will be fined for hanging laundry in balcony

KUWAIT CITY, April 7: Kuwait Municipality are intensively inspecting buildings in city to check tenants are hanging laundry in their balconies to dry their clothes. If any tenant is found doing so, it violates article 4 of cleanliness regulation rule of ministry resolution number 190/2008 to deface urban landscape.Citizens and expats have been warned in past not to do so, if anyone found breaking this law will be fined 3Kd per cloth piece.
