KUWAIT CITY, July 7: The Ministry of Communications has warned against opening links sent through e-mail or text message to pay for postal parcel fees or telephone bills, reports Al-Qabas daily. Official Spokesperson of the ministry Mishaal Al-Zaid said the ministry does not send links to its customers for the payment of fees for postal parcels or telephone services, warning against opening such deceptive links.
